"Shipping was decent, thankfully no issues"
My order showed up a bit later than I was hoping, but the packaging was solid and everything inside was fine. The box had a few dents, so I was definitely relieved the unit wasn’t damaged. i’m always a little wary about dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, so I’m glad I didn’t have to contact anyone. Overall, good experience

"Warranty and parts service was a nightmare"
I really wish I had a better experience, but dealing with mrcool.com for warranty help was just frustrating. The parts took way longer than expected, and every time I asked for an update, I felt like I got a different vague answer or was sent to someone else. I’ve dealt with other companies that were so much more... anyway, this was just a mess. i regret buying from them.

"Decent price, I guess"
It’s a fair enough deal overall, but I don’t know, I kind of expected a little more for the price. Maybe I’m being picky, but it didn’t quite feel like amazing value to me...

"It runs fine for the most part, but..."
It runs fine for the most part, but I’m still not totally sure about how reliable it is. Some days it feels solid, and other times it’s more like… well, compared to others I’ve used, it just feels a little up and down.

"Pretty easy install, wish the instructions had a few clearer photos"
I installed my MRCOOL unit over the weekend, and it went smoother than I thought it would. The instructions were mostly easy to follow, and the line set definitely made the whole thing feel less intimidating. It did take me longer than I expected, so I kind of regret not setting aside a little more time, but it wasn’t anything too stressful. My only real complaint is that a couple of the steps could’ve used better pictures. Otherwise, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Somehow Both the Heat and AC Miss the Mark"
I really wanted to like this MRCOOL unit, but apparently “cool” is more of a suggestion. In the summer, it barely cools the rooms down, and in the winter the heat is weak too. The house never actually feels comfortable, which is kind of the whole point. Definitely expected better for the money, but lesson learned, I guess

"Not gonna lie, support was a bit slow"
Not gonna lie, it took a couple days for support to get back to me, which was a little frustrating. But once they replied, they did answer my question and got things sorted. Overall, not bad, just slower than I expected
